Withdraw Funds

To withdraw all your funds, you must:

  • Close all open positions.
  • Click on the Fund Withdrawal Form, and complete all applicable fields.
  • Print the resulting withdrawal request form, and sign it.
  • Scan your signed form, and email it to cs@gigfx.com

Inter account Transfer

To transfer Funds, you must:

  • Print the Inter-account Transfer request form, and sign it.
  • Scan your signed form, and email it to cs@gigfx.com

NOTICE: We may transfer money from one trading account to another if both of account belong to the same owner, only. Inter account Funds Transfers are only possible if both accounts are in the same base currency.

Deposit Funds

Margin-in Request Form

Customers must deposit a minimum of USD 100.00 to open an account. Cash deposits are not accepted, which includes money orders, traveler's checks or other cash equivalents. Under no circumstances will GIGFX make or receive payments via third parties.

There are three easy ways to fund your account:

  • Wire Transfer: is the fastest way to fund your account (recommended). Bank wires are typically received and credited to client's account within a very short time.
  • E-payment like (OKpay, Liberty Reserve, Cashu)
  • Credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard)

 

To Fund your account, you must:

  • Download and complete the Margin-in Request Form
  • Print the Margin-in Request Form, and sign it.
  • Scan your signed form.
  • Attach the bank wire vouchre (if found) with Margin-in Request Form and email it to cs@gigfx.com

Account Password Re-set

To reset your password, you must:

  • Download and complete the Account Password Re-set Form
  • Print it and sign it.
  • Scan your signed form, and email it to cs@gigfx.com.
